Joseph A DiBartolo, Chairman of the Board
Chairman of the Board California Energy & Power (CE&P). Joe is a seasoned veteran of the newly evolving VAWT industrial-grade wind industry. He is a General Partner of Green Grid Global, Holdings LLC (G3), founded to fund and develop alternative green energy solutions. Green Global Holdings, LLC is the largest shareholder of California Energy & Power. Joe has been in the renewable energy industry for the past (11) years. He has been instrumental in serving the CE&P shareholders in technology development, business planning, commercializing efforts, and pursuing and developing collaborative efforts with strategic partner companies. Joe has (37) years of international business and entrepreneurial experience within the technology industry and has proven experience in executive management, business development, operations, engineering, project management, customer service, and sales/marketing. He founded and currently operates Joint Asia Development Group, Inc. (JAD Group), a semiconductor manufacturing capital equipment, sales, and service company servicing the global semiconductor industry. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration, from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, located in Lake Forest IL,, and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. |
Stephen T. DiVito, Director
Stephen is Founder and Managing Principal of Green Grid Global, LLC (G3). Stephen has been committed to California Energy and Power’s technology since 2007, and was an early investor to CE&P. G3 was created in 2010 to finance, assist, and promote the potential of the uniquely disruptive and patented Cal e-Power Vertical-Axis-Wind-turbine (VAWT) technology. Through a series of deliberate strategic events, Stephen has been able play a vital role in the Cal e-Power story, and is now a key component in the new firm’s Management/Strategy team. Steve brings a unique skill set that includes a diverse financial background, business development, deep management skills, as well as an unyielding dedication to see this technology succeed. Stephen earned a BS in Finance from the University of DePaul. Stephen also holds a number of licenses, including Series 3, Series 7, Series 66, as well as licenses for Life and Health insurance. |
Guy Kendall, Director
California Energy & Power’s (CE&P) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) that has been the lead engineer on the completed development, design and analysis of the CE&P’s Cali series Vertical-Axis-Wind-Turbine(VAWT) designs. Senior Engineering Leadership Professional with a record of developing and supporting many successful multi-million-dollar projects, incorporating a wide range of applications and technologies. Medical, Electrical controls, Hydraulic valves and regulators, Air Force respirator systems, Army Chem-Bio Helmet, very large steel test structure for JPL Mars Science Lab (MSL) Rover, Assembly tooling and fixtures, Aerospace flight hardware/Satellites, completed design and implementation of “PS2” full scale Vertical Wind Turbine working prototype which is intended to be our test site, currently completing design and analysis of production version “PS3” Vertical Wind Turbine with the planned support of U.C. Berkeley Engineering team led by Professor Phillip Marcus. Extensive experience in material selection of composites, injection molded plastics, transfer molded rubber, steel and aluminum structures, Injection Molding simulation, Finite Element Structural Analysis, 3D modeling and drafting using Siemens NX CAE software. Holder of 9 US utility patents and one in process covering waterproof connectors, spray nozzles, self-cleaning filters, piston driven mechanisms and rotary drive systems. Over 30 years of experience in the position of Vice-President of Engineering, Engineering Section Manager, Product Development Team Leader, Principal engineer, or Senior Mechanical Engineer. Early in my career, for three years, supported manufacturing as a Production Engineering Problem Solver. Software tools used: Siemens UG-NX 12, Siemens I-Deas, C-Mold Injection Simulation, Moldflow Injection Mold Simulation, Solidworks, Microsoft Word, Access Database, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, Open Office Suite, Photoshop and other graphics programs. William "Woody" A. Stamer, Director
Mr. Stamer has most recently served as the Managing Partner of Lexington Home Health Care, Hospice and Private Care Services, Merit Healthcare Management LLC, Merit Sleep Management LLC, Merit Sleep Centers LLC, Merit Sleep Technologies Inc. providing intermittent home health services, hospice and palliative care, high tech ventilator adults/pediatrics, diagnostic sleep testing centers and respiratory durable medical equipment. Prior to joining Merit/Lexington, Mr. Stamer founded and operated a Chicago-based insurance brokerage agency as well as the largest helicopter transportation company serving the greater Chicago market. Mr. Stamer was educated at the University of Illinois Urbana in Finance. |
Tony Palcheck, Director
Tony Palcheck is the Managing Director for Zebra Ventures. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and executing strategic, minority-equity investments in start-up firms to accelerate access to new technologies, future markets, and developing talent for all Zebra’s business units. Prior to joining Zebra Ventures, Tony was a Managing Director for Motorola Ventures and Motorola Solutions Venture Capital. Immediately preceding his role in venture capital, Mr. Palcheck was a director in the Corporate Strategy group at Motorola where he was responsible for identifying emerging technologies and researching potential investments, divestitures, acquisitions and alliances. In addition to his role at Zebra, in 2018, Tony was elected as the Chairman of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, which represents the venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) industries in the State of Illinois. In this role, Tony represents the largest and most powerful private equity and venture capital firms in the state. In this role, he works with association partners to educate and lobby our legislators and other industry leaders on issues pertaining to Venture Capital and Private Equity. In May of 2019, Tony was named to the Global Corporate Venture Capital Powerlist, as being one of the Top 100 Corporate Venture Capital leaders in the world. Tony serves on the boards of several companies, and serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where he teaches the Core Marketing and Digital Marketing courses. Tony holds an M.B.A. degree, where he graduated with honors, and an undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago. |

He is also experienced in regulatory approvals standards with UL, CE and C-Tick(Australian). Implemented numerous statistical quality programs including six sigma. Over the decade, John has and continues to serve as the Principal of a consulting firm he founded that provides financial, operational, development and strategic advisory services to numerous organizations in support of growth/development, turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and exit strategies across many industries and with a specialization in healthcare. John has served on numerous company Boards, Committees and Advisory Groups as well as Association Boards. He serves currently as an advisor to many local companies and has also been a writer and key speaker for numerous industry associations and conferences. John was educated at Loyola University of Chicago in Public Accounting and at Harvard Business School of Boston in Business Administration. |

In the past, Peter has been intimately involved in national, state and local government as a lobbyist, campaign manager, fundraiser for politicians and as a legislative aide. David Rebmann
David has over 30 years experience in global diversified industrial/electronics businesses. Areas of experience include Corporate Staff functions (Finance, IT, HR), Supply Chain, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of a division of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in the factory automation group in the Americas` focusing on corporate governance and strategy/performance metrics. He holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Champaign, IL and holds both CMA and CPA certificates. |
Chaneravy Thach
Chaneravy is a Systems Analyst for Siemens Healthineers since 2005. She supports EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) process and the US Healthcare eCommerce for Siemens Healthineers. She has experience with Mainframe, Data Warehousing, EDI, C#, and Java program language. She has a BS degree in Computer Information Systems. Aside from that, she is also a real estate agent part-time. She has experience with flipping houses and rental properties. She is a real estate investor and always looking for a great deal to flip or invest. Dr. Nematollahi Dr.Nematollahi is Chairman of CAE-net.com Inc. and Advanced Renewable Power LLC (ARP). He has been conducting research in thermal management system development for electric vehicle batteries and Grid Energy Storage (GES) systems in collaboration with EnerDel, Inc and ARP for the last six years.
